Our offer:

  • Prices starting from UGX 31.5 M. Contact us for an actualised price list.

  • We build the basic structure (incl. roof sheets, windows and doors, painted walls).

  • You can choose your preferred design and finishing options.

  • You can pick our standard finishings package, or organise plumbing and electricity yourself.

  • You can easily add sanitation, tiles and kitchen yourself.

  • Our homes are built with Ugandan materials and labour.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You are able to pay the purchase price in four installments:

    • 10% on order confirmation

    • 30% after obtainment of required permits

    • 30% upon starting prefabrication of the buildings

    • 30% upon placement on site

  • You have the legal rights to use the land/plot on which you will place the home (land title or testimonial from neighbours).

  • You make sure that you have the required permissions (e.g. permit) to place a structure on the plot.

Site Criteria

  • The plot is accessible by truck (truck size of 2.5 x 10 metres)

  • The plot is not sloped too much (max 5 degrees slope).

  • The soil is stable enough for the foundation blocks (swampy soil might not be suitable).

  • The exact location for the home should be cleared of trees, shrubs or rocks (by client).
