Easy Housing is looking for a sales representative with a strong passion for sustainability and housing. We offer sustainable, social and scalable housing in Kenya, Uganda and other African countries. . Our circular, biobased homes are affordable, store CO2, and create local jobs. 

We are currently expanding our operations to Kenya. Therefore, we are looking for a sales representative based in Nairobi who will be involved in both sales and business development activities. You will be one of the first team members of our Kenyan team.

Requirements.

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sales, project management, sustainability, housing, or other relevant fields

  • Experience in housing or real estate is a plus

  • Strong affinity with sustainable and affordable housing

  • Strong proactive and autonomous approach, work well independently

  • Strong communication skills with potential clients, partners and other stakeholders

  • Fluency in English and Swahili is required, both written and verbally

  • Based in Nairobi

Job Activities.

As sales representative in Kenya, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Following up with clients from first contact till signed contract

  • Keeping an overview of all (potential) clients and leads

  • Handling incoming messages on WhatsApp for Business 

  • Reaching out to relevant stakeholders

  • Participating in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of Easy Housing

  • Working on business development activities for the Kenyan market 

  • Supporting any project related tasks

  • Contract: full-time 1 year contract, 3 months probationary period

  • Team size Kenya: 1-3 team members
